1. Agreement
By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of the MrSoftware ET platform at https://mrsoftware-et.com, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Security Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who may use the platform
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. Accounts are personal or organizational — you are responsible for activity under your credentials. Default new accounts receive the USER role; marketplace publishing and withdrawals require promotion to DEVELOPER or approval by an ADMIN.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes copyright or trademark
- Misrepresent ownership of software listings or storefront identity
- Scrape, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to APIs or other users' data
- Use disposable or fraudulent email addresses to evade enforcement
- Circumvent role limits, billing, or trust & licensing controls
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Report abuse via Report a problem.
4. Marketplace & listings
Developers are responsible for the accuracy of listing descriptions, pricing, license terms, and deliverables. MrSoftware ET provides infrastructure — hosting, discovery, trust records, and payments plumbing — but is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated on a listing.
Ownership and license certificates issued through the trust system are platform records. They do not replace legal advice or registration with government authorities where required.
5. AI features
AI copilot, blueprint, and related tools generate suggestions only. You remain responsible for reviewing code, security, licensing, and compliance before shipping. Do not submit secrets, credentials, or personal data you are not authorized to share with our AI providers.
6. Fees & subscriptions
Paid plans, marketplace fees, and withdrawal rules are shown at checkout or in your workspace billing settings. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Unless required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable except where we explicitly state otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
The MrSoftware ETbrand, UI, and platform code remain our property or our licensors'. You retain rights to content you upload, subject to the license you grant us to host, display, and operate the service (e.g. listing thumbnails, storefront pages).
8. Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted under Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from your use is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD $100.
9. Changes & contact
